ILM in recruitment was first established in 2015 catering to International/MOE schools in the MENA region, operating under a different brand name. We recently expanded our practices & relocated to Dubai, UAE and have been recruiting educational practitioners from the UK, Ireland, USA, Australia, NewZealand, Canada and South Africa to countries in; South East Asia, Africa, Europe, South America as well as to the Middle East.
Over the years we have successfully maintained strong professional relationships with our clients by continuously strengthening our company culture as well as our ethical code. Our team of recruiters are devised from former international teachers and school leaders with extensive years in leading diverse school curricular structures.
