Be responsible for the progress, assessment, welfare and discipline of the students.

Working under the direction of Head of Department/ Head of School, adhering to, and helping to develop department resources.

Be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that cover a range of topics related to business, such as accounting, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, and more. They must ensure that the lessons are engaging, interactive, and informative.

Assess student learning through a variety of methods, such as quizzes, tests, projects, and presentations. Provide feedback to students on their performance and help them improve their understanding of business concepts.

Creating assignments that challenge students to apply what they have learned in class. Grade assignments and provide feedback to students on their work.

Be available to provide extra help to students who are struggling with the material. This may involve working with students one-on-one or in small groups.
